O inexor\u00e1vel peso da responsabilidade que compreende, paraleliza com um sentido de inutilidade na interven\u00e7\u00e3o sobre uma obra que dela n\u00e3o carece. Foc\u00e1mo-nos nas necessidades, nos desejos e nas expectativas do cliente.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-grid\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-row project-row\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-image has-width-5 has-margin-left-0 has-margin-top-0\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rar-studio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/apartment-amc-rar-studio-01-1.jpg\" alt=\"apartment amc rar studio 01 1\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-image has-width-4 has-margin-left-3 has-margin-top-6\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rar-studio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/apartment-amc-rar-studio-06-1.jpg\" alt=\"apartment amc rar studio 06 1\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-row project-row\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-text has-width-6 has-margin-left-0 has-margin-top-3\"><p><br>A \u00e1rea do apartamento deveria ser maximizada. Para tal eliminaram-se os arm\u00e1rios t\u00e9cnicos, para infraestruturas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o, que se relocalizaram no j\u00e1 existente tecto falso. Manteve-se a estrutura espacial do apartamento, reposicionando-se, apenas, o v\u00e3o de acesso \u00e0 sala de estar e eliminando-se a parede que fechava a sala de jantar.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-image has-width-5 has-margin-left-1 has-margin-top-3\"><img decoding=\"async\" no remate com o corredor, foi substitu\u00edda por uma estrutura met\u00e1lica delicada, separando os dois espa\u00e7os mas permitindo uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o visual entre ambos \u2013 privilegiada pela maravilhosa vista do apartamento a Poente \u2013 e a ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o natural do corredor.<br>As casas-de-banho, bem como a cozinha e a despensa, foram estruturalmente alteradas, com a reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus <em>layouts<\/em> e novos materiais de revestimento.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-image has-width-5 has-margin-left-0 project-row\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-text has-width-6 has-margin-left-0 has-margin-top-6\"><p><br>O soalho de cor escura, e de t\u00e1buas estreitas, foi substitu\u00eddo por soalho claro de t\u00e1buas largas. Os v\u00e3os de porta interiores, com uma altura substancialmente inferior \u00e0s janelas, foram redimensionados: manteve-se a sua largura e aumentou-se a altura. Tamb\u00e9m de encontro ao prop\u00f3sito desta opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foi redesenhado todo o sistema de carpintaria, com rodap\u00e9s mais altos e guarni\u00e7\u00f5es mais finas, que integrou tamb\u00e9m as novas grelhas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o, em rodap\u00e9s e mobili\u00e1rio fixo.
